We love animals, but we're not pet-friendly. We do not accept pets, companion animals or emotional support animals.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
The charges for cancellation, early departure, and no-show, are the sole responsibility of the client and will be made effective according to the following detail:
Cancellations are non-refundable.
WE OFFER
Date changes with 100% credit for new reservations when requested up to 30 days before your original check-in.

Date changes requested between 16 and 30 days before the original check- in with 50% credit towards a new reservation.

Date changes requested 15 days or less before the original check-in, are not allowed.
EARLY DEPARTURES OR NO - SHOWS
We do not offer refunds per night for all early departures and in the event of a no-show (eg, if you do not use or cancel your reservation), no refund equal to the full value of the stay will be provided.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Distrito 88 reserves the right to offer no exceptions to its T&C, change and cancellation policy. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance before confirming the reservation and accepting the terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.
